24-Hour Dial: The central rotating dial is marked with hours from 1 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 12 AM. It rotates clockwise over a 24-hour period.
Programmable Pins: The outer ring consists of multiple segments (pins). Each pin represents a 15-minute interval. Pushing a pin DOWN activates the connected appliance during that interval; leaving it UP deactivates it.

Setup
