Setup
Follow these steps to set up your Fluval FX6 filter:
- Pjazzament: Position the filter on a flat, stable surface directly below your aquarium. The compact design (21 inches / 53 cm in height) allows it to fit under most aquarium stands.

- Media Basket Cleaning: The instant-release T-handles allow for quick and easy removal of media baskets. Clean the foam inserts and other media as needed. It is recommended to rinse mechanical media in old aquarium water to preserve beneficial bacteria.
