Setup

1. Ħoll il-Magni: Remove all packaging materials and place the machine on a clean, stable surface.

3. Poġġi t-Tazza: Place your desired cup under the coffee outlet. For larger cups, the drip tray can be folded up.
4. Brew Coffee: Press the Espresso button for a short shot or the Lungo button for a longer shot. The machine will automatically stop when the programmed volume is reached.

5. Oħroġ il-Kapsula: After brewing, lift the lever to automatically eject the used capsule into the internal container.
6. Itfi: The machine will automatically turn off after 9 minutes of inactivity to save energy. To manually turn off, press and hold both coffee buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.

• Ebda dawl: Machine switched off automatically; press ON/OFF button. Check mains plug, voltage, fjus.
• No coffee, no water: Check the water tank; if empty, fill with potable water. Descale if necessary. Lift the lever. Press one coffee button and wait until water comes out.

• The lever cannot be closed completely: Empty the capsule container. Check that there is not a capsule blocked inside the machine.

• Lights flash irregularly: Call the Nespresso Club. Exit descaling procedure (see paragraph on descaling).
