5. Close the lid securely. The lid forms an airtight seal.

9. Once the cooking cycle is complete, the cooker will automatically switch to the ŻOMM SĦUN function. The 'KEEP WARM' indicator light will illuminate.
10. Allow rice to rest on 'KEEP WARM' for 5-10 minutes before serving for best results. Use the rice paddle to fluff and serve.
