3. Setup

- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the necessary software, including the NAS Navigator utility.
- Once installed, launch the NAS Navigator. It will detect your LinkStation Live on the network.
- Follow the wizard to configure network settings, user accounts, and shared folders.
4. Operating the LinkStation Live
4.1 File Sharing and Access
The LinkStation Live allows you to store and share files with any Windows or Macintosh computer on your network. Shared folders can be accessed via network drives or through the NAS Navigator utility.

Utilize Buffalo's Web Access feature to download files, view pictures, stream music and movies, and upload data to your LinkStation Live from anywhere over the Internet. This feature also supports access from an iPhone.
4.3 Multimedia Streaming (DLNA & iTunes Server)

The integrated BitTorrent client allows the LinkStation Live to manage torrent file downloads independently, even when your computer is turned off or disconnected.
