4. Setup

Ensure the spine of the cover is fully submerged in the heating element. For multiple smaller documents, utilize the extra-large binding channel and document support to hold them upright.

  7. "Cycle Complete" Signal: Once the binding cycle is complete, the machine will emit an audible signal and/or a visual indicator light will change.
  8. Remove and Cool Document: Carefully remove the hot, newly bound document from the binding channel. Immediately place it in the integrated cooling tray at the rear of the machine. Allow the document to cool completely for several minutes to ensure the adhesive sets properly and creates a strong, durable bind. Do not handle or open the document until it is cool.
