4. To silence the alarm, slide the Storm Alert Switch to 'OFF' or change the band.

Important: For the Storm Alert to function, the radio must be powered on and set to the 'WB' band with the Storm Alert switch 'ON'.

Plug 3.5mm stereo headphones (not included) into the Headphone Jack for private listening. The built-in speaker will automatically mute when headphones are connected.
