ISTRUZZJONI TA' L-ASSEMBLEA

• PASS 1
  • Starting installation under the driver side of the vehicle. Re-move the plastic cover under the driver side of the vehicle, (Fig 1).
• PASS 2
  • Select the Driver Front Mounting Bracket (DFM). Attach the outer end of the Driver Front Mounting Bracket to the (2) threaded holes next to the pinch weld with the included (2) M8X1.25-25mm Hex Bolts, (2) M8 Large Flat Washers and (2) M8 Lock Washers, (Fig 2). Attach the inner tab on the bracket to the threaded hole in the bottom of the inner frame channel with the included (1) M8X1.25-25mm Hex Bolt, (1) M8 Large Flat Washer and (1) M8 Lock Washer, (Fig 2). Do not fully tighten hardware at this time.
  • IMPORTANTI: The Front and Center Mounting Brackets are similar but not the same.
• PASS 3
  • Move to the driver side center of the vehicle and repeat Steps 1-2 for the Driver Center Mounting Bracket installation, (Fig 4).
    • NOTA: On some models, the mounting holes are covered by sealant or undercoating. It is required to scrap off the sealant and undercoating carefully before installing the Driver Center Mounting Bracket (Fig 3).
• PASS 4
  • Move to the driver side center of the vehicle and repeat Steps 1-2 for the Driver Center Mounting Bracket installation, (Fig 4).
    NOTE: On some models, the mounting holes are covered by sealant or undercoating. It is required to scrap off the sealant and undercoating carefully before installing the Driver Center Mounting Bracket, (Fig 3).
• PASS 5
  • Ladarba l-(3) parentesi tal-immuntar tan-naħa tas-sewwieq kollha jkunu installati, imbagħad ipproċedi għall-installazzjoni tal-Step Bar. (Figuri 6 u 7)
    1. Agħżel (1) Slider u (2) Boltijiet tal-Ġarr M8X1.25-35mm;
    2. Installa (2) Boltijiet tal-Ġarr M8X1.25-35mm f'(1) Slider.
    3. Żerżaq is-Slider (bil-boltijiet tal-ġarr) għall-Pass Bar.
    4. Irrepeti biex tinstalla s-slajders l-oħra (2) mal-bar tal-pass.
    5. Waħħal il-Pass Bar (bis-Sliders) fuq il-parentesi tal-immuntar installati. Poġġi s-Sliders mal-brack-ets installati. Waħħal il-Pass Bar mal-Brackets installati billi tuża (6) M8 Washers Ċatti Kbar u (6) M8 Nylon Lock Nuts u (3) Sliders, (Fig 7). Tissikkax kompletament il-ħardwer f'dan il-ħin.
       • Nota: The Sliders are packed with the Mounting Brackets. Level and adjust the Step Bar and fully tighten all hardware. Repeat Steps 1-5 for the other side Step Bar installation. The installation is completed!!!
