  1. Align the switch with the DIN rail.

The changeover switch allows for manual conversion between common power and standby power sources to a single load. The position of the incoming and outgoing wires can be adjusted according to actual needs. However, when used for dual power switching, the lower terminals must be used for incoming power and the upper terminals for outgoing power (load).

The TOMZN changeover switch features a manual operating handle with three distinct positions: I, Middle (OFF), and II. These positions control the connection between the two power sources and the load.

  • Middle Position (OFF): Disconnects both primary and secondary power sources from the load, providing complete isolation.

  • II Position: Connects the secondary power source (e.g., 'Ready' power) to the load.
