3. Setup u Installazzjoni

Proper installation is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of your BMS. Please follow these steps carefully.

  2. Connect Main Negative (B-): Connect the main negative terminal of your battery pack to the 'B-' pad on the BMS.
  3. Connect Load/Charge Negative (P-): Connect the negative terminal for your load and charger to the 'P-' pad on the BMS.
  4. Connect Main Positive (B+): Connect the main positive terminal of your battery pack directly to the positive terminal of your load/charger, bypassing the BMS.
  5. Qabbad il-Modulu Bluetooth: Plug the included Bluetooth module into the designated port on the BMS. This port is shared with the UART interface.
  6. Optional Communication Modules: If using UART, RS485, or CANBUS modules (purchased separately), connect them to their respective ports. Note that the UART port is shared with the Bluetooth module, so only one can be used at a time for direct connection.

  • Connect the UART module to the BMS and your PC.

An optional LCD displayer can be connected via UART to provide real-time battery information without needing a smartphone or PC.
