The TOWODE G20 is a versatile Tuya WiFi GSM Wireless Security Alarm System designed for home and business protection. It features a 1.8-inch TFT color display, supports 2.4GHz WiFi and 2G GSM SIM cards, and integrates with Tuya Smart/Smart Life APP, Amazon Alexa, and Google Assistant for intelligent control.

2. Gwida ta' Setup

2.2 Powering On the Alarm Panel
- Connect the power adapter to the Micro USB port on the side of the G20 Alarm Panel.

- The panel supports both Smart Mode (blue light blinks rapidly) and AP Mode (blue light blinks slowly) for Wi-Fi configuration. Press and hold the Wi-Fi Configuration button for 5 seconds to toggle between these modes.
2.5 Pairing Wireless Accessories
The G20 system can learn up to 100 wireless defense areas, 10 remote controls, and 10 RFID cards.

b. The panel will display 'Learning'. Separate the two parts of the door/window sensor. The panel will confirm successful pairing. - Adding an RFID Card:
a. On the G20 Alarm Panel, go to Main Menu > Parts > RFID > Add.
b. The panel will display 'Learning'. Tap the RFID card against the designated area on the alarm panel. The panel will confirm successful pairing.
3. Istruzzjonijiet Operattivi

3.4 Light Bar Status Indicators
The light bar on the panel indicates the system's status:
- Blinking blue rapidly: Wi-Fi connection configuration in Smart Mode.

- Blinking purple rapidly: Pairing or sniffer mode.
- Blinking yellow rapidly: Entry delay.
- Blinking yellow slowly: Exit delay.

4. Manutenzjoni

The system will alert you via the panel and the APP when a wireless sensor's battery is low. Replace batteries promptly to ensure continuous protection.
- Wireless Smoke Sensor: Requires AAA 1.5V*2 batteries.
- D30 Wireless Mini Door and Window Sensor: Requires button battery CR2032 x1.
- P20 Wireless Mini PIR Sensor Motion Detector: Requires button battery CR2450 x1.
4.2 Tindif
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the alarm panel and sensors. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
5 Issolvi l-problemi

- System not connecting to WiFi: Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz. Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your phone during initial setup. Try toggling between Smart Mode and AP Mode on the panel by pressing the Wi-Fi Configuration button for 5 seconds.

- No alarm when triggered: Verify the system is armed. Check the sensor's battery level. Ensure the siren is properly connected and powered.
- Keyboard locked: If the wrong password is entered 5 consecutive times, the keyboard will be locked for 90 seconds. Wait for the lockout period to expire before trying again.
