3. Installazzjoni

  1. Insert the controller into the prepared hole.
  2. Slide the bracket to fix the device (step two).

5. Operazzjoni

5.1 Set Setpoints

  1. Agħfas u żomm il- S button for 3 seconds. The display will show the temperature setpoint ("t" + "setpoint").
  2. Agħfas S again to switch between temperature set status and humidity set status ("H" + "setpoint").
  3. Uża l- or buttons to adjust the setpoint. Holding the button will change the value faster.
  4. Agħfas u żomm il- S button for 3 seconds to save the settings and exit.

If there is no key operation for 30 seconds, the setting status will exit, and changes will not be saved. Factory default setpoints are 38.0°C and 60.0%RH.

5.2 Set Parameters

  1. Agħfas u żomm il- P button for 3 seconds. The display will show "PSd" + "0".
  2. If the password is "000", no password is needed. Otherwise, use or to set the correct password and press S biex tikkonferma.
  3. After entering the parameter setting status, use S or P to select the parameter code (refer to the Parameter Code Table below).
  4. Użu or to set the value of the parameter.

  • Timer Output R1: Energized/de-energized based on U41 (on time) and U43 (off time).

  • Incubated Days: The controller counts incubated days. The day counter stops when it reaches the maximum set (U69). Can be reset manually (S + ▲ for 5s) or automatically after power supplied (U68).
  • External Digital Input (DI): Configurable via U70 for different alarming modes (disabled, alarm if short, alarm if open).
  • Buzzer Alarming: Activates for failures or effective DI input (if U71 = 1). Press P to stop beeping.

6. PID Auto Tuning (AT)

Auto tuning helps optimize PID parameters for precise temperature control. Follow these steps:

  1. Set the Heater power during PID auto tuning (U74). The factory default is 50%.
  2. Set the desired temperature setpoint (SP) for auto tuning.
  3. Agħfas u żomm u simultaneously for 5 seconds. The U74 value will display, and "AT" will blink.
  4. Agħfas P to start auto tuning.

During AT, the room temperature (PV) will fluctuate around the setpoint several times. The controller will calculate new PID parameters, and the "AT" display will turn off.

  • If AT fails, a reason will be displayed (e.g., "At1", "At2", "At3", "At4").
  • If AT is successful, "SUc" will display. Press any key to clear "SUc" and start PID control.
  • If AT never succeeds or fails, ensure sufficient heater power.
  • If AT lasts 180 minutes without finishing, it will stop and display "At4".

  • Heater Power Rate: If the temperature heater power rate is high, or if using inductive loads (e.g., coil-wired heaters), use an external SSR-DA instead of the integrated SSR.
  • Other Loads: For large or capacitive/inductive loads (e.g., many humidifiers), it is advisable to use an intermediate relay, SSR-AA, or magnetic contactor.
  • Overload Damage: Damage due to overload is not covered under warranty.
