Setup

3. Smoking Food and Drinks
- Direct the hose nozzle towards your food or drink. For best results, use a cloche, covered container, or sealed bag to contain the smoke.
- Allow the smoke to infuse for a short period, typically 30 seconds to a few minutes, depending on the desired intensity.
