Setup

  1. Locate the battery compartment at the bottom of the smoke infuser.
  2. Twist and remove the battery cover.

2. Adding Smoking Material

  1. Ensure the burn chamber (top part) is clean and free of debris.
  2. Place a small amount of wood chips, tea, herbs, spices, or dried flowers into the burn chamber. Do not overfill.

1. Power On and Speed Selection

  1. Press the power button to turn on the device. The indicator lights will illuminate.
  2. The device features three adjustable wind speeds for different smoke levels:
    • 1st gear: Slow mode (light smoke)
    • 2nd gear: Normal mode (medium smoke)
    • 3rd gear: Fast mode (dense smoke)
  3. Press the power button repeatedly to cycle through the speed settings.

2. Lighting the Smoking Material

  1. Once the device is on and the desired speed is selected, use a lighter or match to ignite the smoking material in the burn chamber.
  2. Ensure the material is smoldering, not burning with an open flame.

3. Smoking Food and Drinks

  1. Direct the hose nozzle towards your food or drink. For best results, use a cloche, covered container, or sealed bag to contain the smoke.
  2. Allow the smoke to infuse for a short period, typically 30 seconds to a few minutes, depending on the desired intensity.

Cleaning the Burn Chamber

To ensure the durability and longevity of your smoke infuser, it is recommended to clean the burn chamber after each use. This prevents oil accumulation and maintains optimal performance.

  1. Ensure the device is turned off and completely cooled down.
  2. Remove any remaining ash or unburnt material from the burn chamber.
  3. Use a small brush (often included with the set, see Figure 7) to clean the interior of the burn chamber and the mesh filter.
