Setup u Installazzjoni
Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance of your smart lock. It is recommended to follow the steps carefully.
1. Ipprepara l-Bieb
- Ensure your door meets the required thickness and backset specifications for the lock.
- If replacing an existing lock, remove it.
- Drill any necessary holes according to the provided template (not included in this manual, typically found in a separate drilling template).
2. Install the Mortise/Latch
- Insert the mortise/latch into the edge of the door and secure it with screws.
- Ensure the latch bolt operates smoothly.
3. Install the Front Lock Unit
- Pass the spindle and connecting cables through the mortise/latch and the door hole.
- Position the front lock unit on the exterior side of the door.
4. Install the Mounting Plate and Rear Lock Unit
- Attach the mounting plate to the interior side of the door, securing it to the front unit with screws.
- Connect the cables from the front unit to the rear lock unit.
- Align the rear lock unit with the mounting plate and secure it with screws.
5. Installa Batteriji
- Open the battery cover on the rear lock unit.
- Insert the required number of AA batteries (typically 4, check product packaging for exact type).
- Close the battery cover. The lock should power on and indicate its status.
6. App Pairing (TTLock App)
This lock operates with the TTLock application.
- Download the "TTLock" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).

- Manual Locking (Keypad): Press and hold the '#' key on the keypad for a few seconds.

- Thumb Turn (Interior): From the inside, rotate the thumb turn to lock the door.
User Management (via TTLock App)

Sostituzzjoni tal-batterija
- The lock will provide a low battery warning (audible alert or app notification) when batteries are running low.
- Replace all batteries with new, high-quality alkaline AA batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries or different battery types.
- To replace, open the battery cover on the interior unit, remove old batteries, insert new ones according to polarity, and close the cover.
