This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your IMOU Cruiser SE+ Outdoor PTZ Wi-Fi Camera. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper functionality and safety. The IMOU Cruiser SE+ offers advanced surveillance features including 360° panoramic pan & tilt, smart color night vision, two-way audio, and AI human detection, all housed in a weatherproof design.

Setup
1. Power Adapter Selection
Ensure you select the correct power adapter for your region:
- US Plug Adapter (2 Pin Flat Pin): For United States, Canada, most North and South American Countries, Japan, Philippines, Thailand, etc.

2. App Installation and Camera Connection
- Pass 1: Scan the QR code provided in the Quick Start Guide or search for "Imou Life" in Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) to download and install the application.
- Pass 2: Run the Imou Life App and register an account for first-time use.

- Pass 4: Wait for the camera to boot up. The camera indicator light will flash green when ready.
- Pass 5: Follow the in-app instructions to finish adding your camera.

- If the Wi-Fi network has changed or the indicator status is incorrect, reset the camera and repeat Step 5.

Issolvi l-problemi
1. Changing Wi-Fi Network / Moving Camera
If you change your Wi-Fi network or move the camera to a new location:
- Check if your camera has an Ethernet port and if you have an Ethernet cable.
- If yes, power on your camera and connect it to your router with the Ethernet cable. Wait until the LED turns stably blue, indicating Internet access. Then, log in to your Imou account, find your IPC on the "Device" page, go to its settings page, tap "Wi-Fi Config," and connect it to your new Wi-Fi.
- If your camera has no Ethernet port or you don't have a cable, reset your camera to factory default, then set up your camera with the new Wi-Fi.

2. Not Receiving Alarm Messages
To receive alarm messages:
- Click the enable button in the upper right corner of the picture in the channel of the main page.
- If it says "Failed to subscribe," ensure the following configuration: Receive notifications from the APP. Enable Imou Notifications via "Settings" -> "Notifications" on your iPhone and "Me" -> "Settings" -> "Notice" on the Imou App.
- Enable Event in the device. For motion detection, the event should be enabled and the time schedule should be valid.
- Make sure the device is connected to the Internet.
- After successfully subscribing, you will receive the message.

3. Black Image at Night
If the image is all black at night:
- Raġuni 1: IR LED didn't light up.
- Raġuni 2: ICR didn't switch to night mode.
- Raġuni 3: Objects are too far away from the camera.
Soluzzjoni:
- If the IR LED did light up, but you cannot hear "KA" and the image is still all black, there might be something wrong with the ICR.
- For consumer cameras, the IR distance is less than 10m (different between different models), so you cannot see too far away at night.

4. App Says "Failed to Bind"
If the app displays "Failed to bind," it means your device is already successfully connected to your Wi-Fi, but failed to add the device to your Imou account. Double-check if your router is connected to the Internet and try again. The most common reason is an unstable Internet connection.
5. Adding Camera to a New Imou Account
For security reasons, one camera can only be bound to one Imou account. To add your camera to a new account, you must first delete it from the previous account. Two methods to delete the camera from your account:
- Metodu 1: Mur fil-preview page, then click the gear icon on the top right corner, go to the device settings page, slide to the bottom, then delete the device.
- Metodu 2: Click "Me" -> "My Device" -> select the corresponding device -> slide to the bottom -> "Delete Device."
6. SD Memory Card vs. Cloud Storage
Understanding storage options:
- Karta SD: Requires using a computer to read the history monitoring screen. When the memory card is full, it will automatically delete old recordings and start a new round. Ensure you save important data in time.
- Ħażna Cloud: A value-added service. New devices typically receive a 7-day free trial. You can view the history monitoring screen directly in the app. After the trial, you can subscribe. Records are automatically deleted after 3 or 7 days (depending on the plan) if not saved.

- When setting up multiple cameras, add them one by one following the app's instructions.
- If your Wi-Fi network changes or the camera's indicator light shows an error, reset the camera and re-add it to the app.
- For optimal night vision, ensure there are no obstructions close to the camera that could reflect IR light.
- Consider subscribing to cloud storage for convenient access to recordings and to avoid manually managing SD card space.

Firmware Support Period: The support period for firmware is at least 2 years, with the day of firmware update cessation being 2027/12/31. After this date, IMOU will no longer maintain any firmware updates (including security updates) for these products, and may no longer respond to security vulnerability reports for such products. However, IMOU will continue to provide after-sales service for any hardware issues with the product, as long as it is still supported by the warranty policy.
