5. Vehicle Fitment
This air helper spring kit is designed for:
- Ford F-150 2WD & 4WD models, years 2015-2025.
Important Exclusions:
- NOT compatible with Raptor or FX2 Models.
- NOT suitable for models equipped with self-leveling headlights or scale options.
- Requires at least 8 inches of frame-to-tire clearance for proper installation.
- Fits vehicles WITHOUT In-Bed Hitches.

Removing the Jounce Bumper:
Raise the vehicle and support it securely using safety stands. Ensure the axle can be safely dropped away from the frame to allow space for air spring assembly installation. Loosen and remove the existing jounce bumper from the frame. Keep the jounce bumper bolt as it will be reused.

Then, place the Frame Bracket (part 5) into the designated hole and bolt it to the Upper Mounting Bracket B. Placing the Assembly on the Leaf Spring:
Carefully position the assembled air spring unit onto the leaf spring of the vehicle. Ensure it is correctly aligned before proceeding to secure it.

Installing the Upper and Lower Bracket:
Adjust the entire assembly so that the air spring is perfectly perpendicular to both the bottom and top mounting brackets, avoiding any twisting. Fasten the Lower Mounting Bracket (part 2) to the leaf spring using the U-bolts (part 12). Attach the Upper Mounting Bracket A (part 1) to the Upper Mounting Bracket B. Once all brackets are in place, securely tighten all nuts.
