Preparing the Mixture

  • Prepare your ice cream mixture according to the recommended ratio of water and ice cream powder (1:2.5). Do not use milk paste.
  • Pour the prepared mixture into the two 1.6-gallon (6L) stainless steel hoppers located at the top of the machine.

  • AUTO: Initiates the ice cream making process.
  • NADIF: Activates the one-click automatic cleaning function.
  • STOP: Halts the machine operation.
  • HARD / SOFT: Adjusts the hardness of the ice cream.
  • SET: Used to configure various parameters like temperature and hardness.
  • The display shows time, temperature, hardness, and quantity of ice cream produced.
