6. Istruzzjonijiet Operattivi
6.1 Circuit Tracing (Live/Energized or Open/De-energized)
The NF-825TMR can trace live (energized) or open (de-energized) circuits, conduits, pipes, and single wires within a bundle. The probe and tone generator provide precise indications through various materials.
- For Live Circuits: Connect the Transmitter to the live circuit using the appropriate adapter cable and alligator clips. Set the Transmitter switch to 'Live'.
- For Open Circuits: Connect the Transmitter to the de-energized circuit. Set the Transmitter switch to 'Scan'.
- Turn on the Receiver and adjust the Sensitivity Switch (0-9) to an appropriate level.
- Move the Receiver's probe along the suspected path of the wire. The signal indicators and audible tone will guide you to the wire's location.

6.2 Circuit Breaker Finding
To locate the corresponding circuit breaker for an outlet:
- Plug the Socket Test unit into the desired outlet.
- Turn on the Receiver and set it to 'SCAN' mode.
- Move the Receiver's probe along the circuit breakers in the electrical panel. The Receiver will indicate the correct breaker with a strong signal and audible tone.

6.3 GFCI Outlet Testing and Wiring Fault Detection
The Socket Test unit can detect common wiring problems and test GFCI receptacles:
- Plug the Socket Test unit directly into the outlet you wish to test.
- Observe the LED indicators on the Socket Test unit. They will illuminate to show the wiring status (e.g., Correct, Open Ground, Open Neutral, Open Hot, Live/NEU Rev, Live/GRD Rev, Open GRD).
- To test GFCI functionality, press the 'GFCI' button on the Socket Test unit. A working GFCI should trip, cutting power to the outlet.

6.4 Network Cable Tracing (RJ45)
To locate network cables (CAT5/CAT6) with the Transmitter and Receiver:
- Set the Transmitter switch to 'SCAN' mode.
- Insert one end of the RJ45 network cable into the tracking port on the Transmitter.
- Turn on the Receiver and adjust sensitivity.
- Use the Receiver's probe to trace the network cable. The signal strength will increase as you approach the target cable.

6.5 NCV (Mhux Kuntatt Voltage) Sejbien
The Receiver's probe can detect AC voltage without direct contact:
- Ixgħel ir-Riċevitur.
- Press the 'NCV' button to activate NCV mode.
- Bring the probe close to the object or wire you suspect carries voltage. The signal indicators and audible tone will activate if voltage jiġi skopert.
