• Is my Veryfit smartwatch waterproof?

  Most Veryfit watches are rated IP68. They are suitable for swimming pools and cold showers but not for diving, sea swimming, or saunas.

• Why is my device not accurate measuring body fat?

  For smart scales, measurements must be done barefoot with feet strictly apart and in contact with the electrode sensors. Ensure the scale is on a hard, flat surface.
