Make sure to use a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Download the INKBIRD app, power on your controller, select 'Add Device', and follow the app instructions. If the Wi-Fi icon is not flashing, press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 2 seconds to enter pairing mode.
