Eltax loudspeakers require a period of adaptation, or 'burn-in', to operate at their best. It is recommended to operate the speakers for 100 to 150 hours consecutively at a moderate volume to allow the mechanical assemblies to acclimatize.
Ideally, speakers should be placed symmetrically to form an equilateral triangle with the listening position. They should be positioned away from room corners to avoid artificial bass boosting.
