It is advisable to clean the steam wand at the end of each working day. Leave the wand in hot water for 5 minutes, then clean it with a cloth. Do not leave the wand submerged in liquid indefinitely. Always purge a small amount of steam before and after heating drinks to prevent clogging.

Turn on the water mains tap and switch the machine power on. The boiler will automatically refill (LEDs may flash). Once filled, heating begins automatically; wait approximately 20 minutes for the boiler to reach operating temperature.
