4. Prodott Aktarview

The FT0024-US system consists of a display unit and an ultrasonic sensor unit. The display unit provides real-time readings of water depth and temperature, while the sensor unit is responsible for detecting the water level using ultrasonic technology.

4.1. Display Unit Features

• Large LCD for clear readings.

5. Setup

5.1. Sensor Unit Installation

1. Choose a suitable location for the sensor unit directly above the water surface to be measured. Ensure there are no obstructions between the sensor and the water.
2. Mount the sensor unit securely using appropriate hardware. The sensor should be positioned vertically, pointing downwards towards the water.
3. Ensure the sensor is within the specified range of the display unit for wireless communication.

5.2. Display Unit Placement

1. Place the display unit indoors, in a location where it is easily visible and accessible.
2. Avoid placing the display unit near large metal objects or other electronic devices that might interfere with the wireless signal.
3. Insert batteries into the display unit (if battery-powered) or connect the power adapter.

5.3. Sinkronizzazzjoni Inizjali

1. Power on both the sensor unit and the display unit.
2. The display unit should automatically search for and connect to the sensor unit. This may take a few minutes.
3. Once connected, the display will show the current water depth and temperature readings.

6.1. Reading Water Level and Temperature

Once synchronized, the display unit will continuously show the current water depth and temperature. The depth is typically displayed in meters (M) and temperature in Celsius (°C).

Refer to the buttons on the sensor unit (e.g., TIME, SET). Press the SET button to enter time/date setting mode, then use other buttons (e.g., UP/DOWN or +/–) to adjust values. Press SET again to confirm each setting.

To ensure accurate readings, you may need to configure the total depth of your tank or reservoir. Use the TANK button on the sensor unit to access this setting. Follow the on-screen prompts to input the maximum depth. This helps the device calculate percentage full and other related metrics.

6.4. Viewing Minimum/Maximum Readings

Press the MIN/MAX button on the sensor unit to cycle through the minimum and maximum recorded water levels and temperatures. Press again to return to current readings.

6.5. Manual Data Transmission (TX)

If the display unit is not updating, you can manually trigger a data transmission from the sensor unit by pressing the TX button. This forces the sensor to send its current readings to the display.

• Wipe the display unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Periodically inspect the sensor unit for any dirt, debris, or algae buildup on the ultrasonic transducer. Gently clean with a soft, damp cloth if necessary. Ensure the sensor is dry before re-installation.
