Istruzzjonijiet Operattivi
Once the CNC router is assembled and connected, you can begin operation.
1. Ixgħel
Turn on the power switch for the CNC router. The control box indicators should illuminate.
2. Konnessjoni tas-Software
Launch your CNC control software on the computer and establish a connection with the router. Refer to your software's guide for specific connection procedures.
3. Load Material
Place your workpiece onto the CNC bed. Use the Aluminum Bench Vise Clamp jew cl ieħor adattatamps to secure the material firmly. Ensure the material is flat and stable.
4. Install Cutting Tool
Carefully insert the desired cutting bit into the spindle collet. Tighten the collet nut securely using the provided wrenches. Ensure the bit is inserted to the correct depth.
5. Set Workpiece Origin (Zero Point)
Using the control software, manually jog the spindle to the desired X, Y, and Z origin points on your workpiece. Set these as the workpiece zero coordinates in the software.
6. Load G-code File
Load your prepared G-code file into the CNC control software. Review the toolpaths and settings to ensure they match your intended operation.
7. Ibda l-Operazzjoni
Before starting, double-check all safety precautions. Initiate the carving or cutting process through the software. Monitor the machine closely during operation.
8. Emergency Stop Procedure
In case of any malfunction, unexpected movement, or safety concern, immediately press the emergency stop button on the control box or within the software. This will halt all machine movement and power to the spindle.
Manutenzjoni
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and accuracy of your CNC router.
- Tindif: After each use, clean the machine thoroughly. Remove dust, chips, and debris from the bed, lead screws, linear rails, and spindle area using a brush or vacuum.
- Lubrikazzjoni: Periodically apply a thin layer of appropriate lubricant to the lead screws and linear rails to ensure smooth movement and prevent wear. Consult the assembly guide for recommended lubricants.
- Iċċekkja l-Qafliet: Regularly inspect all screws and bolts for tightness. Vibrations during operation can loosen fasteners over time.
- Spezzjoni tal-Cable: Check all electrical cables for signs of wear, fraying, or damage. Replace any damaged cables immediately.
- Spindle Collet: Keep the spindle collet and collet nut clean. Replace worn or damaged collets to ensure proper bit gripping.
