Operazzjoni
The SONICAKE Levitate pedal offers independent control over its delay and reverb effects, allowing for a wide range of sonic textures.
Delay Effect Operation
- Activating Delay: Press the right footswitch (labeled DELAY) to toggle the delay effect on or off. The corresponding LED will illuminate when active.
- Adjusting Delay Time (TIME knob): Rotate the TIME knob to set the duration between repeats. This ranges from very short (slap-back) to up to 2000ms for long, ambient delays.
- Adjusting Feedback (FEEDBACK knob): Control the number of repeats by adjusting the FEEDBACK knob. Higher settings result in more repeats, potentially leading to self-oscillation at maximum.
- Mixing Delay (WET/DRY knobs): The WET knob controls the volume of the delayed signal, while the DRY knob controls the volume of your original, unprocessed guitar signal. Adjust these to find the perfect blend.
- Tektek Tempo: While the delay is active, hold down the DELAY footswitch for approximately 1 second to enter Tap Tempo mode. Tap the footswitch two or more times to set the delay time rhythmically. The LED will flash to indicate the set tempo.
Reverb Effect Operation
- Activating Reverb: Press the left footswitch (labeled REVERB) to toggle the reverb effect on or off. The corresponding LED will illuminate when active.
- Adjusting Reverb Level (REVERB knob): Rotate the REVERB knob to control the overall intensity or mix of the reverb effect.
- Adjusting Decay (DECAY knob): The DECAY knob controls the length of the reverb tail. Lower settings provide shorter, more subtle reverb, while higher settings create long, atmospheric decays.
- Trail Function: Hold down the REVERB footswitch for approximately 1 second to activate the Trail function. When active, the reverb effect will naturally decay even after the pedal is bypassed, preventing an abrupt cut-off.
