4.1. Core Technologies
The GK3 Pro incorporates advanced technologies for superior printing performance:
- 385nm UV Light Source: Unlike standard 405nm light sources, the 385nm wavelength offers lower penetration and higher printing performance, especially beneficial for precise modeling and transparent resins. It features a Fresnel collimated lens for precise light control.
- 16K High-Resolution LCD Screen: A 9.6-inch 16K high-transmittance screen (15120*6230 resolution, 14*19µm pixel size) ensures microscopic precision for model details, resulting in smooth surfaces and realistic textures.
- High-Precision Z-Axis: Equipped with improved guides and ball screws (1204 ball screw and EGH20 heavy-duty linear guide), the Z-axis minimizes vibrations for stable movement, reducing layer lines and enhancing print quality.
- High-Hardness Frame: The printer features a through-type Z-axis and a three-point fixed structure, engineered for industrial-grade printing stability. This design reduces stress-induced deformation and ensures precise layer curing over long-term operation.

5. Setup
Follow these steps for the initial setup of your GK3 Pro printer:
- Spakkjar: Carefully remove the printer and all components from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future transport or storage.
- Pjazzament: Place the printer on a stable, level, and well-ventilated surface. Ensure there is enough space around the printer for operation and maintenance.
- Konnessjoni tal-Enerġija: Connect the power adapter to the printer and then to a suitable power outlet.
- Invellar tal-Pjattaforma tal-Bini:
- Ensure the build platform is clean and free of debris.
- Loosen the screws on the build platform.
- Lower the build platform until it touches the LCD screen.
- Use the built-in bubble level on the printer to ensure the printer itself is level. Adjust the printer's feet if necessary.
- Tighten the screws on the build platform to secure its position.
- Raise the build platform slightly to allow for resin vat installation.

- Install Resin Vat: Place the resin vat onto the LCD screen, ensuring it is properly seated and secured.
- Automatic Resin Feeder (Optional): The GK3 Pro supports a plug-and-play automatic resin feeder. If using, connect it as per its separate instructions. This system automatically calculates and monitors resin levels, ensuring continuous feeding.
- Installazzjoni tas-Softwer: Install the UniFormation slicing software from the provided USB drive onto your computer. This software is necessary to prepare 3D models for printing.

6. Istruzzjonijiet Operattivi
6.1. Preparing a Model for Printing
- Import Model: Open the UniFormation slicing software and import your 3D model (e.g., .STL, .OBJ format).
- Orient and Support: Orient the model for optimal printing and add necessary support structures within the software.
- Slice Model: Configure print settings (layer height, exposure time, etc.) and slice the model. Save the sliced file għal USB drive.
6.2. Tibda Stampar
- Pour Resin: Carefully pour resin into the resin vat, ensuring it does not exceed the maximum fill line.
- Daħħal id-Drive tal-USB: Insert the USB drive containing your sliced file into the printer's USB port.
- Agħżel File: On the printer's touchscreen, navigate to the file u agħżelha.
- Ibda Stampa: Confirm settings and start the printing process.
6.3. Intelligent Automatic Heating System
The GK3 Pro features an intelligent heating system with two temperature settings (25°C and 30°C). This system automatically detects and maintains optimal resin fluidity, even in cold environments (down to 5°C minimum), which is crucial for consistent print quality and success rates.

7. Manutenzjoni
Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and performance of your 3D printer.
7.1. Cleaning After Printing
- Remove Build Platform: Once printing is complete, carefully remove the build platform. The drip-proof design with edge grooves helps catch excess resin.
- Clean Build Platform: Use isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and a soft cloth to clean any remaining resin from the build platform.
- Tank tar-Reżina Nadifa: If changing resin or storing the printer, clean the resin vat. Pour unused resin back into its bottle using a funnel and filter. Clean the vat with IPA and a soft cloth. Inspect the FEP film for damage.
- Clean Printer Body: Wipe down the printer's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
