8. Programming & Pairing
The Syantek system is expandable and programmable, allowing you to customize which remote buttons control which outlets, or even have multiple remotes control the same outlet.
8.1. Pairing a Remote Button to an Outlet
To pair a specific ON/OFF button on your remote to an outlet receiver:
- Plug the outlet receiver into a wall socket.
- Press and hold the small Buttuna tal-Programm (also acts as manual ON/OFF button) located on the side of the outlet receiver for approximately 3-5 seconds until the indicator light on the outlet begins to flash slowly.
- While the indicator light is flashing, press the desired ON or OFF button (e.g., '3 ON' or '3 OFF') on your remote control.
- The indicator light on the outlet will stop flashing and turn solid, indicating successful pairing.
- Test the pairing by pressing the corresponding ON/OFF button on the remote.
8.2. Clearing All Pairings from an Outlet
To reset an outlet receiver and clear all its programmed pairings:
- Plug the outlet receiver into a wall socket.
