4. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your Pro-Ject Debut PRO B turntable:

- Slide the counterweight onto the rear end of the tonearm with the numbers facing forward.
- Unlock the tonearm from its rest. Carefully remove the stylus protector from the cartridge.
- Adjust the counterweight by rotating it until the tonearm is balanced and floats horizontally when released.

4.3. Leveling the Turntable
Ensure the turntable is perfectly level for optimal performance. Use a spirit level (not included) or the adjustable feet to achieve this.
