The SONICAKE Matribox II is a versatile multi-effects processor designed for guitar, bass, and acoustic instruments. It features advanced digital modeling technology to deliver high-fidelity sound reproduction, a wide array of built-in effects, amp models, and IR cabinet simulations. Setup

Carefully remove the Matribox II from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage during transit. Ensure all components are present.

1.2 Connecting the Matribox II

Connect your instrument to the INPUT jack. For external effects, utilize the FX LOOP (SEND/RETURN) connections. Output can be routed via BALANCED OUT (L/MONO, R) or PHONES for headphones. The USB port allows connection to a computer for audio interface functions and software editing.

1.3 Tixgħel

Connect the included 9V DC (1000mA) power adapter to the DC 9V jack. The Matribox II does not feature a dedicated power button. The unit will power on automatically upon connection to a power source.

Operating the Matribox II

The Matribox II features a large color screen and multiple physical controls for intuitive operation. The main screen displays the current preset, effect chain, and parameters. Knobs allow for adjustment of master volume, global settings, and individual effect parameters. Footswitches enable preset changes and effect toggling.

The Matribox II comes with 198 presets (99 factory presets). You can browse through presets using the footswitches or the parameter knob. To save changes to a preset or create new ones, use the SAVE button. The unit supports 15 user IR slots for custom cabinet simulations.
