Gwida ta' Setup

1. Niżżel l-App

Download the "Smart Life" or "Osaio" app from your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS). Register or log in to your account.

Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. The smart plug only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. If your router broadcasts both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, ensure your phone is connected to the 2.4 GHz band.

EZ Mode (Recommended)

  1. Plug in the smart plug.
  2. Press and hold the power button on the smart plug for 5 seconds until the indicator light flashes rapidly (two times per second).
  3. In the app, click the "+" button in the upper right corner, then "Add Device".
  4. Select "Plug (BLE+Wi-Fi)" model under Electrical.
  5. Confirm the indicator is blinking rapidly and enter your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi password.
  6. The app will automatically connect to the device.
  7. Once connected, name your smart plug and save it.

  1. Plug in the smart plug.
  2. Press and hold the power button until the indicator light flashes slowly (one time every 3 seconds).
  3. In the app, click the "+" button, then "Add Device".
  4. Select "Plug (BLE+Wi-Fi)" model.

Set schedules and timers for your devices directly from the app. This allows you to automate when your appliances turn on or off, saving energy and adding convenience. For example, schedule your coffee maker to turn on before you wake up or set a countdown timer for charging your phone to prevent overcharging.
