5. Setup u Installazzjoni
Careful wiring is essential for the correct and safe operation of the equalizer board. Always ensure the battery pack is partially discharged before beginning installation.
Wiring Definition (for 5S battery pack):
- B-: The total negative pole of the battery pack (negative pole of the first battery).
- B1: The positive pole of the first battery.
- B2: The positive pole of the second battery.
- B3: The positive pole of the third battery.
- B4: The positive pole of the fourth battery.
- B5: The positive pole of the fifth battery (and the total positive pole of the 5S pack).

Passi ta' Installazzjoni:
- Prepare Battery Pack: Ensure your 5S battery pack is partially discharged.

6. Operazzjoni
The QINIZX 5S Active Battery Equalizer Balancer operates automatically to maintain cell voltage balance. It continuously monitors the voltage differences between adjacent cells.
Balancing Mechanism:
- The equalization process is triggered when the voltage difference between any two adjacent cells exceeds 0.1V.
- Energy is transferred from the higher voltage cell to the lower voltage cell until the voltage difference between them is less than 0.03V, at which point balancing for that pair stops.
- For optimal balancing, especially with new or significantly imbalanced packs, it may be necessary to charge and discharge the battery pack multiple times.
