5. Installazzjoni & Setup

5.1 Main Control Panel Placement

Choose a central location for the main control panel, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and areas with high humidity. Ensure it is within Wi-Fi range and has good GSM signal if you plan to use a SIM card. Mount the panel securely using the provided hardware.

5.2 L-Ixgħel tas-Sistema

1. Connect the power adapter to the micro USB port on the main control panel.
2. Plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet. The panel will power on automatically.
3. The built-in battery will begin charging. It provides backup power in case of a power outage.

If you wish to use the GSM function for calls and SMS alerts, install a 2G SIM card (850/900/1800/1900MHz compatible) into the designated slot on the main panel. Ensure the SIM card's PIN code is disabled before insertion. Refer to your SIM card provider for instructions on disabling the PIN.

5.6 Konfigurazzjoni tal-App (Tuya Smart / Smart Life)

6.2 Funzjoni SOS

Press the SOS button on the main panel, remote control, or dedicated SOS button in an emergency. The system will immediately trigger the alarm and send alerts to pre-programmed emergency contacts.

6.3 Intercom b'żewġ direzzjonijiet

The main panel features a two-way intercom. You can initiate calls from the panel or answer incoming calls from registered numbers. This allows for communication with occupants or monitoring of the premises.

6.4 Phone Call and SMS Alerts

When an alarm is triggered, the system will automatically call and/or send SMS messages to up to five pre-programmed phone numbers. This feature requires a functional SIM card installed in the main panel.

The system can be configured to provide an alert if a door or window sensor is open when attempting to arm the system, or if it opens while the system is armed.

7. Manutenzjoni

7.1 Ġestjoni tal-batterija

• Panel Prinċipali: The built-in lithium battery provides backup power. Ensure the panel is regularly connected to power to keep the battery charged. The system will alert you of low battery status.
• Sensers bla fili: Wireless sensors are battery-powered. The system will notify you when a sensor's battery is low. Replace batteries promptly to ensure continuous protection. Refer to individual sensor manuals for battery type and replacement instructions.

7.2 Tindif

Wipe the main control panel and sensors with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or spray directly onto the devices, as this may damage them.

8 Issolvi l-problemi
