6. Important Notes and Limitations

Mirror Screen Only: This HDMI splitter only mirrors the screen; it does not support extended desktop mode for PCs. Both output screens will display the exact same image.
No Audio Extraction: This splitter does not extract audio. Audio will be passed through to the HDMI displays. It cannot split audio to a soundbar independently.
Resolution Handling: If two output displays have different maximum resolutions (e.g., one 4K and one 1080p), the splitter will output to the lowest common resolution supported by both displays (e.g., both will display 1080p). If the lower-resolution display is powered off, the splitter will re-scan and output to the higher resolution for the remaining active display.
