4. Setup

4.1 Provvista tal-Enerġija

The monitor can be powered by either AAA batteries or a USB cable.

2. Position the cuff so the bottom edge is approximately 2-3 cm above your elbow joint.
3. Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose.
4. The artery mark on the cuff should be aligned with your brachial artery (inner arm).
