Prodott Overview

The FIRST ALERT SC7010B Hardwired Combination Photoelectric Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm with Battery Backup provides comprehensive detection for both smoke and carbon monoxide in a single, integrated unit. It is designed to offer reliable protection against two major household threats.

Equipped with a photoelectric sensor and Optipath 360 technology, this alarm effectively detects smoke from smoldering fires while minimizing false alarms. An advanced electrochemical sensor is included for detecting carbon monoxide leaks, which can originate from various fuel-burning appliances and blocked chimneys. In the event of a detected threat, the alarm emits a distinct spread spectrum horn tone, specifically designed to be audible to individuals with age-related hearing loss.

This 120-volt hardwired unit integrates directly into your home's electrical system and includes a battery backup feature, ensuring continuous operation even during power outages. The alarm's perfect mount system facilitates easy installation and precise alignment. A low battery latch provides a visual indicator when the battery requires replacement. Additionally, a convenient test/silence button allows for easy functional checks and temporary muting of nuisance alarms.
