5. Setup

  1. Spakkja l-Ċarġer: Carefully remove the VOLTCRAFT P9-4 charger and its power adapter from the packaging.
  2. Qabbad l-Enerġija: Insert the DC plug of the power adapter into the input port on the side of the charger.
  3. Ipplaggja fl-Outlet: Plug the power adapter into a suitable wall outlet (100-240V AC, 50/60Hz). The charger's LCD screen will illuminate.

6. Istruzzjonijiet Operattivi

6.1 Daħħal Batteriji

  2. Insert one or more 9V block batteries into the charging slots. Ensure correct polarity (+/-). The charger will automatically detect the battery type and voltage.

6.2 L-Għażla tal-Programmi

The P9-4 offers 5 operating programs:

  • Ħlas: Standard charging mode.
  • Ħruġ: Discharges the battery before charging.
  • Test: Charges, discharges, and then recharges the battery to determine its actual capacity.
  • Quick-test: Quickly checks the battery's internal resistance.
  • Aġġorna: Repeatedly charges and discharges the battery to restore its full capacity, especially useful for older batteries.
