GÜDE MIG 190 Kombi/A Gas Welding Machine User Manual

Model: MIG 190 Kombi/A

1. Introduzzjoni

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your GÜDE MIG 190 Kombi/A gas welding machine. Please read these instructions carefully before using the device.

2. Istruzzjonijiet tas-Sigurtà

WARNING: Welding can be dangerous. Always follow safety precautions to prevent injury or damage.

  • Dejjem ilbes tagħmir protettiv personali (PPE) xieraq, inkluż elmu tal-iwweldjar, ingwanti, u ħwejjeġ protettivi.
  • Kun żgur li jkun hemm ventilazzjoni adegwata fiż-żona tax-xogħol biex tevita li tieħu n-nifs tad-dħaħen tal-iwweldjar.
  • Ipproteġi lil dawk li jkunu fil-qrib mir-raġġi tal-ark u l-metall jaħraq.
  • Skonnettja l-enerġija qabel ma tagħmel xi manutenzjoni jew aġġustamenti.
  • Tħaddimx il-magna f'temperatura għoljaamp jew kundizzjonijiet imxarrba.
  • Kun żgur li l-magna tal-iwweldjar hija ertjata sew.
  • Handle gas cylinders with care and secure them properly.

3. Setup u Assemblea

3.1 Disimballaġġ

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts are present and undamaged. Refer to the package contents list (if provided separately) to ensure completeness.

3.2 Konnessjoni tal-Enerġija

The GÜDE MIG 190 Kombi/A can operate on different power supplies. Ensure the machine is connected to the correct voltage as indicated on the device. For optimal performance, especially with higher power settings, a 400V connection is recommended. A 220V connection may result in reduced power output.

3.3 Gas Cylinder and Pressure Reducer Connection

Connect the gas cylinder to the welding machine. Attach the pressure reducer to the gas cylinder valve. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent gas leaks. The pressure reducer regulates the gas flow for optimal welding results.

3.4 Wire Spool and Driven Feed Rollers Installation

Open the wire feed compartment. Install the appropriate welding wire spool onto the spindle. Thread the welding wire through the driven feed rollers. These rollers, equipped with a gear mechanism, ensure consistent and reliable wire feeding during the welding process.

4. Istruzzjonijiet Operattivi

4.1 Powering On and Initial Checks

After completing all connections, turn on the main power switch of the welding machine. Check the gas flow and ensure the wire feed is functioning correctly by briefly pressing the torch trigger (without welding).

4.2 Setting Welding Parameters

The GÜDE MIG 190 Kombi/A features 32 switching steps for precise adjustment of welding current and voltage. Select the appropriate settings based on the material thickness and type of welding wire. Refer to a welding chart for recommended parameters.

4.3 Proċess tal-Iwweldjar

  1. Prepare the workpiece: Ensure it is clean and free of rust, paint, or grease.
  2. Waħħal l-art clamp sew mal-biċċa tax-xogħol.
  3. Position the welding torch at the starting point of the weld.
  4. Press the torch trigger to initiate the arc and wire feed.
  5. Maintain a consistent travel speed and torch angle for a uniform weld bead.
  6. Itlaq il-grillu biex twaqqaf l-iwweldjar.

5. Manutenzjoni

Manutenzjoni regolari tiżgura l-lonġevità u l-prestazzjoni ottimali tal-magna tal-iwweldjar tiegħek.

  • Torch Nozzle and Contact Tip: Regularly clean or replace the nozzle and contact tip as they wear out.
  • Sistema ta' Għalf tal-Wajer: Inspect the driven feed rollers and wire liner for wear or blockages. Clean any debris.
  • Fann li jkessaħ: Ensure the cooling fan is free from dust and obstructions to prevent overheating. The fan operates based on performance and temperature.
  • Tindif Ġenerali: Keep the machine exterior clean and free of welding spatter.
  • Konnessjonijiet tal-gass: Periodically check all gas connections for leaks.

6 Issolvi l-problemi

Problema Kawża Possibbli Soluzzjoni
Ebda ark No power, poor ground connection, faulty torch. Check power supply, ensure ground clamp is secure, inspect torch.
Poor wire feed Kinked wire, worn feed rollers, clogged liner, incorrect tension. Straighten wire, clean/replace rollers, clear liner, adjust tension.
Ebda fluss tal-gass Empty cylinder, closed valve, faulty pressure reducer, leak. Check cylinder level, open valve, inspect reducer, check for leaks.
Is-sħana żejda Exceeded duty cycle, blocked fan. Allow machine to cool, clear fan vents.
