4. Setup u Installazzjoni

The SHAD D0ri60 backrest is designed for straightforward installation on compatible SHAD top cases.

• Measuring tape and marker (if drilling is required)

Passi ta' Installazzjoni:

1. Prepare the Top Case: Open your SHAD top case. Locate the designated mounting points for the backrest on the lid. Many SHAD top cases have pre-marked or pre-drilled holes for this accessory.
2. Position the Backrest: Align the backrest's mounting plate with the holes on the top case lid. Ensure the backrest is centered and correctly oriented.
3. Drill Holes (if necessary): If your top case does not have pre-drilled holes, carefully mark the positions using the backrest's mounting plate as a template. Drill pilot holes of the appropriate size, ensuring not to damage the interior of the top case.
4. Secure the Backrest: Insert the provided screws through the backrest's mounting plate and the top case lid. Secure them from the inside of the top case using the washers and nuts. Tighten all screws firmly but do not overtighten to avoid damaging the plastic.
5. Kontroll Finali: Close the top case and gently test the stability of the backrest. Ensure it is firmly attached and does not wobble.
