4. Setup

Before using your pressure cooker for the first time:

  1. Ippakkja: Remove all packaging materials and labels from the pressure cooker and its components.

  8. Iftaħ l-għatu: Once all pressure has been released (the pressure indicator will drop, and the lid will unlock easily), rotate the lid handle to open. Always open the lid away from your face to avoid residual steam.
