3. Setup

  1. Ensure the air compressor is off and the air hose is disconnected from the compressor.
  2. Apply thread sealant tape to the 1/4" NPT air inlet fitting on the nailer.
  3. Connect a suitable air hose (minimum 3/8" inner diameter) to the air inlet.
  4. Connect the other end of the air hose to your air compressor.
  5. Set the air compressor output pressure between 60-100 PSI, depending on the nail size and wood density. Do not exceed 120 PSI.

  • Adjust the magazine to match the collation angle of the nails being used. Ensure it locks securely into place.

  3. The tool features a full sequential fire mechanism. To fire a nail, the contact trip must be depressed against the workpiece, and then the trigger pulled.   4. After each nail, lift the tool from the workpiece to reset the firing mechanism.

4.2 Adjusting Air Deflector

The 360° adjustable air deflector allows you to direct exhaust air away from your face and the workpiece. Rotate the deflector to the desired position before operation.
